Testimonials: My Ideal Protein Success Story Over the years I tried several diets and lost weight, only to gain it back. In my fifties, I was careful about eating healthy foods and exercising everyday. But I kept gaining weight. Nothing worked, until I tried the Ideal Protein diet. On the IP diet, I lost 25-30 pounds, many inches, and went down 2 sizes in pants in about 9 weeks. The IP diet was by far the easiest of all the diets I had tried.
